The sushi quality is pretty mediocre. The rice falls apart, the ingredients are bland, but I guess it’s perfect for tourists and for people who have no idea what good sushi is supposed to taste like.
Wasabi Sushi & Bento Times Square offers quick, tasty sushi with a variety of options. The grab-and-go concept is perfect for busy tourists. Fresh ingredients and good flavors, though portions are a bit small for the price. Clean space and fast service make it a solid choice for a quick sushi fix.
I’m a big fan of this place, but the last couple of times the rice was a little different… dry and harder, I hope the quality of the food is not changing.
