I had always passed by this karaoke bar, but never had the chance to check it out until now. My friends and I had a few hours to kill, so we decided to try out this karaoke bar. The reception was very helpful, answering all of our questions and helping us get the best rate possible, despite us walking in without a reservation. We had to sign a waiver, which is typical of any karaoke bar, and she was helpful to quickly summarize it for us. Even better, we did not have to wait long before a room
I’m giving 4 stars only because the guy at the front desk is pretty rude sometimes... I first came here by chance, but I kept coming back because of “Carlitos” — that’s what we affectionately call him, even though we know his Chinese name is different. He is soooo attentive, and you can tell he genuinely loves what he does. He’s also respectful and charismatic. We’ll definitely keep coming back because of him!
Never go here. They deliberately fail to warn you so that they can demand extra payment when you settle the bill. I've been here more than 10 times and they're getting worse and worse over years. We booked room for an hour and when times up we're weird why no one hits up to remind us so we walked out ready to end and pay, and the front desk guy just said "oh i thought u booked for 2 hours".
