We Noodle on 27th Street is a great spot for authentic Jiangxi-style rice noodles. The flavors are rich and spicy, and everything tastes freshly made. I tried the Mouthwatering Chicken, Nanchang Dry Noodles with Pork Intestine, Mixed Noodles, and Beef Dry Noodles — all were excellent. The pork intestine was tender and flavorful, and the chili sauce had just the right level of heat. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the restaurant is clean and comfortable. I would go here again and again. I got the spicy chicken medium spiced noodles and the flavor was perfect. The portion is large and the broth and noodles are delicious. I want to try the minced meat noodles next!
