The staff of a majority, older female were extremely hard-working and Friendly . I have waited much longer at similar locations and the food has been extremely low quality. I visited around 2:30 PM on a Sunday afternoon, and was pleasantly surprised to find a nostalgic Wendy’s that looked and tasted like it did during Y2K. If I could give this restaurant a zero I would I got home late from work wasn’t in the mood to cook so to be fast I placed an online mobile order for delivery using Uber Eats 30 mins later I got my food delivered let’s just say IT WAS NOT MY ORDER!!!!! It was someone’s else order who had placed the order at 1:52 pm today!!! IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 7 hours !!! In my perspective it seems like that food and drinks have been sitting on the counter for over 7 hrs the drinks were hot!!! I called the store
This location is poorly managed. Order are incorrect and drive thru take forever I shouldn't have to wait 30min for my order lack of convenience and communication. I order a big bacon classic not only it was messing ingredients but looks horrible. I had one of staff remake my burger. Don't waste your money here. I prefer Queens Blvd location over this nonsense.
