Wendy’s continues to be one of my go-to spots when I want a quick meal that still tastes fresh and satisfying. The food is consistently good I really enjoy their fresh, never frozen beef burgers, and the spicy chicken sandwich is always a favorite. Everytime I order on the app I go get me food and it takes them 20 mins to get my food ready, if you order on the app your food should be ready when you get there, I always get "give us a few minutes". I order on the app for the purpose to get my food as soon as I get there and leave not to wait for it to be done. I ordered 15 mins ahead of time and still had to wait, happens all the time! On top of that I got home to find out that they didn't even give me all that I ordered for the family, but
It took them 20mins to prepare my order, how is this considered fast food. Everyone hides in the back out of sight. Your better off going down the block to burger king atleast they provide better service.
