I spent $32 here - one of the items I purchased was an Apple Pecan salad and I am BEYOND disgusted and annoyed that they gave me an old piece of chicken that was hard and cold as a rock. The whole thing went into the garbage and im out of luck with my money.
Two people waiting for their order at counter… Ordered at the kiosk still had to wait over 15 minutes for the order since they prioritize the drive-through. The dining area is absolutely disgusting and filthy. The tables are uncapped, sticky, not wiped down trash on the table, on the floor on the counters by the soda machine, and the bathroom is disgusting. Not one person, tending to cleaning the tables or the dining area with food and debris all over it. Even garbage all over the bathroom.
Normally I would not complain, however, there were 2 issues..first the app charged me for frosty but once I came to pick up the order I was told there were none. This is an issue that always happens at this location. Second, the person at the counter was extremely rude and may have been the manager which is disturbing. When I tried to clarify what option I had to replace the cost of the frosty she was rude and nasty and bot helpful. Please do better with hiring people that represent your busin
