Pretty sure this isn’t a popular dish amongst y’all but for those who enjoy offal/innards, I highly recommend this noodle soup. You do smell the funk when it’s ready but you don’t taste funk or very little of it. It needs some funk. . I really enjoyed it, more than I anticipated. Even Chun who wouldn’t eat it unless it’s grilled or deep fried said it was good. He got the beef to be safe and said it was ok. They use different broth for the noodles.
