I didn’t take any pictures but overall I had a pretty good studio room on the 29th floor. Loved the location of the hotel! Be aware that they add a $40/ day “destination charge” that you can use towards bar and food but if you don’t use it you lose and pay for it. The hotel seems old and is ready for a refresh but I loved the bed and the fact that they give you a top sheet and wonderful plush duvet, not a thin layer that other hotels have switched to. I recently stayed in room 2018. So let me give you the rundown. View of room 2018: Not a great view. But we didn’t mind. The person at check in made it known beforehand. We were going to be spending a lot of time out so the view was not an issue. Bed: Looked lumpy but was very comfortable. Room: Overall appearance was clean. Bathroom: This is where they fall short. Housekeeping needs a lesson in how to clean a bathroom. There were strands of hair in the shower. Talk about a lack of attentio
One rarely says this for a new york city hotel but what an Excellent stay! We booked a room for three people and it lived up to the space expectations. the room came with a gigantic king sized bed and a queen sized pull out bed. They also gave us a view of the chrysler building at the 35th floor. Service was prompt about everything and we had a fantastic time staying with this team. We will def be returning
