It is absolutely incomprehensible how this place stays in business and why it's always busy. I mean maybe because there's nothing else relatively close by? Their prices are ridiculous. Glen Oaks is not a ritzy area. I order breakfast in Manhattan on a daily basis, and it is cheaper than this place. Had an amazing salmon lox with scallion cream cheese bagel today. Great staff. Will definitely be back soon!
I don't know who hurt the lady behind the counter but it sure wasn't me. She ignored me, tried to take the order of the person behind me, then left my order sitting in the back for 10 minutes while she spread cream cheese for a different order. 2 people who ordered the same thing after me got their food and left before I was able to get her attention. You can check my reviews normally I only leave positive ones but she was so blatantly rude I needed to call it out.
