Very disappointing first experience. I ordered the chicken teriyaki and was surprised by how bland and poorly prepared it was. The chicken was dry and overcooked, and the sauce tasted watered down with very little flavor. The rice wasn't much better and seemed like it had been sitting around for a while.I called the restaurant to let them know that the food quality was not what I expected, but the response was basically that nothing could be done. I was in Staten Island, and searching for a good place to eat late on a Sunday evening, and came upon Wild Crab House nearby. What a pleasant surprise! Don't let the tiny appearance of the space fool you—this place has the best Poke bowls I have ever had...everything is so fresh, and well seasoned.
