I order from this location frequently and typically spend a significant amount on each order. Unfortunately, almost every time I pick up my food, I encounter rude customer service. I am always polite and respectful, so I do not believe this is a result of my behavior as a customer. In addition, on several recent orders, I have either received less than what I ordered or the food was not cooked as requested. Ordered delivery on uber eats and they sent me someone else’s order. Nothing I paid for was in the SEALED bag even though it was labeled with my name!
I used to enjoy making this stop in between running my errands but today will be my last time the quality of the food has gone down this is the second time i got cold chicken then i got cold hard fries the following time my lemonade was watery as well…. this food cost entirely to much to slack on it even though its simple fast food that is unacceptable and i will not be returning i will go else where good luck
