This was not a fancy hotel, and the room was super small. HOWEVER, I found the accommodations super clean, comfy, and well appointed, as well as the inclusion of a perfectly lovely breakfast. For my money (INCREDIBLY reasonable for NY) it gets five stars. There were things that some folks might fuss over—the lighting was subpar, the elevator (right by my room) had an audible ding for each floor, and, like I said, the room was very small. But the bathroom was really well stocked with toiletries,
An excellent hotel, despite the room being small. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The space to breakfast is small, but the time limit of the 30 minutes per guest works really well. The breakfast options are varied and meet one's needs.The location is incredible—you can do everything on foot. Fausto is amazing. His sensitivity in noticing our exhaustion after many hours of flying, and granting us an early check-in, was an act of boundless generosity.
Very pleased with our stay. Great quick free breakfast, room was nice and clean. The three gentleman that worked the desk during our stay were all so kind and helpful, greeted us every time we came in. The guy working the 11:00 pm shift of the 28th gave me some liquid flavored coffee creamer when ai didn’t wanna go back out but wanted some good coffee!!!
