The food is always good but I recently went out to pick up in person and the establishment was a disaster. On a pickup order I waited an additional 15 minutes while the door dashers were prioritized. I was greeted from the kitchen and asked if I needed to order. When I said I was picking up, the person turned away. My food was ready, no one bothered to come help me.
