This place is a true gem in Queens, I came in for a quick lunch because I was hungry and craving some pasta, and I came just in time for their lunch special, less than $10 for some pasta?? Insane deal you simply can’t beat , I also added some chicken cutlet with my penne allá vodka, the sauce was delicious and the chicken was perfectly cooked. I know this is random but their bread?? So fresh and perfect, flakey soft. Absolute gem of a place, the quality of the food mixed with the great prices is
It's very New York. I am from VA, parents are Booklyn Queens. I have a tendency to forget New Yorkers are straight to the point, once business is done then there is time for chit chat. I am gluten free (not buy choice) I was happy to hear that they had small gluten free pizza. I just got a simple pepperoni. But it was a better pizza than any other gluten free in VA.
My good friend and stayed at an Airbnb in the Woodside neighborhood. Woodside Pizzeria was our first stop. We had Grandma pizza and it was absolutely fabulous! We loved it so much. We came back and got another one on day 3 of our stay. The owner and all the staff were so nice.
