  Staff is amazing, services were good but could have been better. Amazing view from our room and lots of food option nearby the hotel which was very convenient. Very close to the airport so it's easy to travel and a safe area. Buses routes are nearby as well like 4 mins walk. There are few drawbacks; they don't provide you slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. You have to request for services a day before and on my second last day, they didn't clean as much as they should be. Breakfast is the same

Most of my calls went unanswered. When one staff member finally answered, he immediately transferred my call and nobody responded. I called back and was placed on hold for nearly 20 minutes.   Absolutely the worst experience and waste of time trying just to get a hotel bill. Having been hung up on three times, put on hold for over ten minutes twice in a row and then getting the run around from corporate because we found out the hotel changed my email address without me knowing is too much of my time wasted.
