The noodle is perfect chewy texture. I do prefer without soup. The soup bowl makes the noodle more soft. The downfall was the dumplings and pork burger...the skin for dumplings is actually good but the meat inside is very bland. The burger is the biggest problem...I cant even take a bite of the bread because it is so dry and like uncooked? So I had to just eat the meat inside..which was a bit salty. Just get their noodle.
I will be honest, so I got the pork belly noodle soup with regular spice and while I did enjoy the meal, I feel like there could have been more meat. Just personal preference. Aside from that the service was quick. I usually ask my self if I would come back and I think I would to try another meal and then I can give a better review. I’d say give it a shot and try it out.
Love this place. I’ve been coming here for months. Recommend this food! Love my Spicy Cumin lamb Hand ripped noodles If you can’t tolerate the spiciness get it mild.
