I have tried about 6 restaurants in the New World Mall. So far Xian cuisines has the BEST Lamb noodle soup with garlic and best rice cakes. If you b have never tried Xian cuisine restaurant I HIGHLY recommend you dine there for high quality pulled noodle soup. I typically get their Lamb soup with pulled noodles , it is the best quality (fresh) and best tasting out of all the six restaurants I have tried there— the very best !! 6/20/25: Just ordered Fantuan delivery. The Lamb Kongfu Noodles were good before, but it is improved from the last time. Lamb slices are fresher and tender, noodles are nice and chewy, and the broth remains very tasty. We will be ordering more from now on.... Hidden Gem. Get cravings for what in Fantuan delivery (Xian Food) calls Kongfu Noodles with Nutritional Lamb and Soup, or Lamb Hui Mian (烩面) or Lamb Noodles. Their Lamb or Beef Burger is also excellent.
Lamb haggis noodles with puff pasty is excellent! Banana flower makes it even better!! The lady was very nice, I will definitely return and highly recommend this shop. I wish I have had tried this before. It's so good.
