Really flavorful ramen and so generous with the meat portions… it’s hard to find good ramen in nyc and this is the spot! Unfortunately they need to staff more people because they only had one man working in such busy conditions which was unacceptable and so hard to see. It’s hard to support a business that has such good quality food but doesn’t support humane work conditions.
Ambiance (4/5): It is a classic Japanese vibe of sitting at the bar countertop and watch as the chef prepares your food. I rarely post reviews, but I have coming to this place for a long time since it opened if you’re looking for a good tsukemen spot in Queens this is the place for you. I always get the same thing spicy shoyu and it always hits. it comes with the free can of green tea and it’s only $13. What a deal!
