Great food. Everything came out fresh and hot. Chicken skin was crispy and light, the meat was juicy and tender.
It was terrible— the fried chicken tasted bitter and overly salty! I'm not sure if it was because the oil wasn't fresh or if it was overcooked, but it was completely inedible. I threw away most of it and won't be coming back!
I only had their old-fashioned chicken, but I can confidently say it taste very authentic. My parents used to run one of the first "chimek" pub in Korea (snack bar serving chicken with draft), back in the 80s. I grew up on Tong Dak - tender, juicy whole chicken with light breading. It's not too greasy, perfectly seasoned - Skins is light and crispy and the meat is very evenly seasoned. Eat it while it's hot - temperature makes a lot of difference.
