I never got to go to this place again, I last went when I was about 8 or 9(I may be a minor but I can still add a review), the froyo was AMAZING. The staff weren't rude, I actually loved the place, i always wanted to go but I had homework and chores, and also, the place was actually clean! Absolutely unacceptable experience. The employee on duty was openly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Customer service was nonexistent and borderline hostile. The yogurt itself was extremely poor quality bland, watered down, and tasted far from fresh. What’s most concerning is that the employee deliberately placed a spoon inside the cup before weighing it, artificially increasing the weight and overcharging the customer. Very upsetting and unfortunate experience. This is the only frozen yogurt location that stays open late online just to show up and see the actual business hours posted on the door. They need to get out of the Stone Age and update their online profile.
