I ended up here totally by chance while waiting for a table to open up at Golden Diner. I was very impressed by the selection of books available and ended up taking home a graphic novel. The coffee was good, reasonably priced, and I was able to sit downstairs and read while I waited. The creators of Tubby Nugget were signing books while I was there in preparation for a meet and greet, so there seem to be events that happen here as well. Good sticker and postcard options, too! I love the postcard
Yu & Me Books is a really cool little spot. They have a great selection of books, plus a bunch of collectible items that make it feel more unique than a typical bookstore. There's also a small coffee station, which makes it a nice place to hang out and browse for a bit. Definitely worth stopping in if you're in the area.
amazing selection of new and used books very diverse every genre, centering queer, POC, and leftist books. they even have a cute little downstairs section with comfy chairs where you can sit and read. a cute coffee and hot drink bar up front with fresh made matcha and lattes. i love it in here it’s beautiful.
