I visited Dongdaemun Yupdduk in Flushing, and I was very satisfied with the experience. We ordered Rose Yupdduk, original Yupdduk, rice balls, fried items, Sundae, and skewers, and everything tasted great. Both 떡볶이 had rich flavors, and the sides felt authentic, just like in Korea.
So far the atmosphere itself is pretty chill like the lighting it’s soft on the eyes it’s also somewhat aesthetically pleasing the cleanliness is pretty standard\average (maybe a bit less than average because there’s a crumb on table and seat so maybe a 3.4/5) overall the atmosphere would be a 4/5 since it’s pretty average and standard for Korean restaurants in my opinion. The food is really good, like the yupduk in Korea. The serving size is really good to share in groups.
