I was lowkey unaware that everything was vegan, so I got a bit nervous after ordering (im not vegan so im not very familiar with the vegan ingredients) yet I loved everything I ordered. Great matcha and sesame drink.

What to order: Oxtail · Curry Goat · Jerk Pork · Cow Foot SoupFor the price it’s a steal, the flavors of both dishes were on point, the goat head soup was seasoned right and had a lot of meat, my only problem is the grade of meat and how big the pieces were. I appreciate the hearty soup, but some of the goat pieces were very large and they were cooked down but was dry. The jerk pork flavor was on point imo, but again, the pieces were so large. Nothing was chopped up and a lot of the skin had hair on it. Cheap pork pieces.

The food was gooooood. Everything was well-seasoned and flavorful without being overly salty. All of the meat dishes were tender. Everyone loved their dishes and agreed the food was worth coming back for!

It is a little pricey at about $10 for many of the items which are not huge, but the flavors there are very good. Good service.

Stopped by Tooker Alley for a round of drinks and conversation, and enjoyed our time. The menu offers a variety of drinks unique to the establishment. Alcohol pours are very generous so if you are looking for a weak drink, be warned. Prices are reasonable in light of the pours. The interior is pretty cool; dark with lot of wood, brick and candlelight. It feels like you are stepping back in time, which considering the bar's name, is sort of the idea.

Arden is a hidden gem in a rapidly changing neighborhood. I have been here several times for brunch and dinner during the week and on the weekends. Even though it can get busy, the staff, led my co-owner Scott, is always welcoming. I would recommend making reservations ahead of time to guarantee a spot. As for the menu, you cannot go wrong.
