Today at around 5:30 PM, I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this pizza chain. All I asked for was a hot slice of pizza, but they put it in the oven for less than 20 seconds and then handed it to me. I also bought two slices and simply asked if they could be packaged. Money is important, but people are important too. I hope the staff working there can show respect and actually look at and pay attention to their customers.
If I'm not mistaken this is the location that has a slice for $2, whereas other locations have slices for $1.50. Times are tough right now economically, and all things considered walking out of here with 4 slices of pizza and a soda for $10 isn't bad, especially considering the consistent quality of the pizza. Been here a few times after spending a good bit of time in Central Park and it's a great place to refuel. I will probably come here again and again.
It’s cheap pizza for sure- but it’s not the best we’ve had. They do have a huge selection and choices of pizzas; it’s premade and then heated to order. Can’t eat in - unless you don’t mind being shoved up against the wall as people walk in. But the staff are great and serve the pizza quickly. Not a bad place, but not the greatest place to eat NY style pizza.
