I’m not sure how this place has such a high rating. Being the Chicken Sandwich Connoisseur I tried out two of their sandwiches. Nothing unique about either. Pretty standard compared to the competition. Slightly better than Chick-fil-A but twice the cost. I give them a 3 as it’s an average sandwich.
Lovely place, and helpful and nice staff. Food was fresh and tasty. I do feel like the restaurant needs a security of some sort , there was someone there being loud / aggressive and disruptive (some people unfazed) but not sure if this is normal for NYC
The food was absolutely terrible. I usually don’t write reviews, especially not about a place that has nice staff, but the food was horrible. I ordered the chicken pop and fries combo and my order was ready within 2 minutes of placing it, already a red flag to me. When I opened the fries container, a horrible smell came out of it and it was just loaded with paprika right on top. The fries would’ve been good if not for the paprika, though. The chicken tasted alright, but the smell was just horrib
