Sat at the bar for a burger and a beer. The bartender Victor was very nice and was able to accommodate a special request on my burger which was a fried egg on top... while its not on the menu he made it happen. Had the hazy 5 borough ipa and truffle fries Muah! I had been there before about 10 or so years ago, It was stellar then and stellar now! Sometimes great things don't change...and that's when you know its worth it!
I tried the Hell’s Kitchen location last time, so I thought I’d go to the Upper West Side this time. Happy Hour is the name of the game here, the prices are killer! $60 for a burger, rings, wings, and 2 martinis. I tried the signature burger this time, it’s kinda French with Gruyère cheese and grilled onions, excellent. I couldn’t resist repeating the tower of onion rings (half price at HH). Absolutely wonderful experience at 5 Napkin. Jose took amazing care of us — attentive, friendly, and genuinely great at what he does. He made the meal feel easy and enjoyable from start to finish. Service like his really elevates the whole dining experience. Highly recommend!
