I picked up an order and asked about the salmon soup special. I was shocked to get a sample. It’s very hard to find good soups in this area. I was actually surprised to see one at Taste of Seafood. This is delicious. It’s creamy. The seafood sits right in your palette. And its $10. I haven’t seen the actual portion size but for the quality - I’m willing to decide to buy once or twice a week. Regardless, I’m coming.
food is overly seasoned feels like I’m gonna have a heart attack per bite . fries and chicken taste like it was fried in old reused oil . I shouldn’t taste seafood if I’m eating chicken and fries. too salty. mac and cheese taste like nothing as if a kid made it , just cheese slapped on some pasta.
This is a pretty good fish spot. I especially liked the location on the east side many moons ago. The food was absolutely amazing. Today, it was alright. Perhaps it's my taste buds of late. Also, like any other food spot, it depends on whose cooking in the back and the day of the week 😉. Nonetheless, I recommend this place-serving fried fish/seafood with an assortment of "soul food"sides. Collards, candied yams, potato salad,Mac&Cheese, etc.. It's nice to see that they're still in business af
