Came upon this cool, quaint, excellent coffee shop on Bleecker Street. Very grateful that I did. Upon entering this cozy cafe, the atmosphere was a quiet, peaceful, much needed break from the busy West Village streets. I chose a simple drip coffee. My coffee was absolutely perfect thanks to Paul! Really appreciated the area wherein you can prepare your coffee to your specifications, with raw cane sugars, cinnamon! Iced latte is absolutely delicious—rich, creamy, and boldly coffee-forward without being overpowering. I tried one here and another right after at Arcane, a high-end café just a few steps away. Arcane’s iced latte tasted like water in comparison. The baristas at Absolute Coffee know what they’re doing. Cozy spot with a minimal, artsy vibe—definitely my go-to in the neighborhood.
