Lovely interior and attentive service. Definitely make a booking in advance. Also to note, it can get very loud inside. We got the tuna tartare, eggplant (the appetizer is served cold), spinach salad, and cavatelli ragu. Loved everything (besides the salad but that’s salad). The cavatelli was cooked perfectly, very satisfying texture!!! Thanks for having us, hopefully back soon :)
This spot had been on our list for a while, and after finally trying it, I completely understand the hype. The carbonara was creamy and rich, easily the best I've ever had. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and delicious! We had a reservation for 7:45 pm. on a Friday but ended up being seated around 8pm due to how popular the restaurant has become online. Even with the short wait, the experience was well worth it. Overall, thank you, Turgut, for the great hospitality and making our experience
My husband and I dined at Olio for and early Sunday dinner. If you plan to come here during popular hours, definitely make a reservation as you may not be able to walk in and get a table. They have indoor and outdoor tables and I really appreciate the simple decor inside and has great lighting. Our server, Turgut, was incredibly friendly and attentive.
