Update April 2026: I’m lowering my rating from four stars from my last visit to two stars for this visit. I attended the 9:00 PM showing on Friday, April 3 of The Super Mario Bros. Galaxy movie and was very disappointed with the cleanliness and upkeep. The women’s restroom was poorly maintained with no toilet paper in several stalls, toilets that couldn’t flush, and overflowing trash bins and trash on the floor (see photos). I’ve come here every Saturday and an occasional weekday for the past 1.5 months and the service, food, and overall experience has been consistently good. I’ve gotten many perks as part of the rewards system - free milkshake both for points and then as a birthday reward, free drink, and free popcorn.
