The family and I decided to have lunch at Dallas BBQ today. To my surprise, it was a pleasant experience; the restaurant was clean, and everything was orderly. The wait for a table was brief. The waiter approached the table with utmost professionalism, which is commendable. The food was served promptly and at an appropriate temperature. I foresee myself returning in the future.
After moving away from Brooklyn nine years ago, I finally made my way back to Dallas BBQ, and let me tell you, it was everything I remembered and more. Almost identical with original west 72nd location, I miss a lot, still good BBQ, tad over cooked texas style beef bbq ribs, like slimy texture was too much cooked. As usual baby back rib with sticky sauce is the best. Can't skip the onion loaf
