This place is the definition of 5-star dining. Felt like a feast as we were indulged like kings. We started with the never ending happy hour expertly crafted drink specials and wine. I dined at Fogo De Chao in Brooklyn the day after Valentine’s Day, and the experience was phenomenal. The food was incredible and the ambiance was top-tier — but what truly made the night unforgettable was our waiter, Amil. He went far beyond standard service. His menu and drink suggestions were thoughtful and creative, he offered samples, shared funny stories without ever being intrusive, and made us feel genuinely taken care of. You could tell he was thinking ahead and moving with intention.
I took my husband here for his birthday with our kids a newborn and 6 year old, I was very anxious dinning with kids would be hard but our waiter/host Stephen was the most down to earth person and made sure our experience was worth the trip.
