I had a really great experience at this McDonald’s. After placing my order, I realized I had accidentally ordered from a different location. I tried to cancel it but wasn’t able to. Thankfully, a staff member named Joseph stepped in to help. Even though the order couldn’t be canceled, he went above and beyond to find a solution. He kindly used his own phone to redeem the food I wanted so I could eat at this location, and then I could still go pick up my original order later. He was incredibly
I arrived to this location today and I’m beyond annoyed. There are over 5 people behind the counter and there is more than 20 people waiting for food. All of the kiosks are broken and or cracked that you can barely order from. I waited over 15 minutes for a sweet tea and 3 cookies. Beyond annoying. I do not recommend.
Stopped in for a quick restroom break and ended up adding hash browns to our coffee order. Besr decision. They were lush, the place was spotless, and the bathrooms were impressively clean.
