We visited New York from the UK, and Aagaar became our must-stop spot every single day for four days straight. The food was incredibly authentic any Indian food lover must visit this place. The chef and the entire support staff were simply amazing. Every dish was absolutely scrumptious, and I loved every bite. That comforting craving for dal-rice away from home was so beautifully satisfied here. Wishing Aagaar continued success and shine! ⭐️
Stopped for lunch on a rainy Sunday with the granddaughter. Angaar was a wonderful experience. Quaint, impeccable, and excellent service. We were seated at one of four tables on the ground floor (looked like more seating on the 2nd level). The chicken saag, chicken with cashews, and naan were perfect - well-seasoned and hot from the kitchen. A special treat in the UWS!
Had a great experience here last night. I was looking for highly rated Indian food near Columbus Circle and Angaar was the closest and best. The venue is nice, food was delicious and our server (Jaman - as well as the other young ladies) was friendly, professional and efficient. We were impressed and there was a stream of obviously regular locals returning, which is always a positive sign. Well worth visiting.
