Speakeasy-style bar in the East Village offering exotic cocktails in a cool, hard-to-find space.

Angel’s Share is one of my favorite bar experience in New York. It has quiet and hidden feeling, but not too serious, very comfortable. The cocktail was very well made and beautiful, and staff was kind without being too much. I like that the atmosphere feel Japanese but also very New York at same time. It is good place when you don’t want loud crazy bar, but want good drink and nice mood. すごく落ち着くバーです. Price is not cheap, but the quality and atmosphere make sense. I would love to come back again
I can see why this place is on the North America's 50 Best Bars list. We were blown away by our drinks and the complexity of the flavor. My second drink, cheek to cheek, was like eating a dessert. And there's more cocktails I'd come back to try. Vibe is swanky and speakeasy-like. Only thing is the service was a but slow and it took about 45m to get in, but at least there's a waiting area with comfy seats out front.
I had time to kill on my way to a dinner at Gennisis restaurant and I was walking by this bar and I was like let me try to get in because I could never get in. It’s always a long wait but I’m one person and this seems like a good opportunity. I go to the front door and ask if they have a spot for one person and they do see me right away at the bar. The bartenders are all super hot. The whole staff is hot. The venue the space it’s beautiful it’s dark. It’s inviting. It’s busy it feels comforting
