Absolutely every dish here is incredible. From the siu mai to the duck fried rice to the salted egg yolk fish, fatty beef and back, each dish is carefully crafted to balance all the complex flavors of each dish. There are some spots I go to where dishes taste somewhat the same, but Antidote is not that. You are getting unique flavors in every bite, some dishes more traditional, while other offer a great new flavor on classic dishes.
Antidote was one of those dining experiences where every single dish surprised us in the best way. The food is incredibly flavorful, elevated Sichuan cuisine with bold, layered flavors that really stand out. We ordered the Fei Hong fries, mushroom ravioli in truffle chili sauce, caramel glaze eggplants, Kung Pao chicken, and the XO sauce prawns with glass noodles, and honestly every dish was fantastic.
