A very cozy place for relaxing and enjoying drinks. They offer original Japanese sake cocktails that are impressively good. You can also find Japanese shochu, and they're planning to serve a fine selection of Japanese blended whiskies in the future. One thing I'd especially like to highlight is the high quality of service. The bartender and servers are friendly, approachable, and very polite. You can also enjoy live jazz band performances on Friday and Saturday nights.
We had a really nice time at Bar AO. It’s a cozy Japanese speakeasy with live jazz and a great atmosphere. Nice spot for a date night or just a fun night out.
Such a neat jazz spot to wind down the weekend! Jazz started at 9 but my friends and I grabbed seats at the bar at 8. It was perfect to chat a bit before the music started :) will be back!
