The bagel itself is good; a crispy sourdough that’s soft inside. We ordered the smoked salmon and tomato. I surprisingly didnt like the smoked salmon very much. For such a busy spot with constant orders, i expected the salmon to taste fresher and better. I personally found the salmon bagel overly salty to me, maybe bc there’s just so much fish but i was hoping for more balance amongst the flavors. I was def drinking a lot of water eating the salmon. The tomato bagel was divine though. Tasted so
One of the best bagels I’ve ever tasted! 🥯🍣 • I was so excited to try their bagels and they did not disappoint. The sourdough bagels are crunchy on the outside, perfectly soft and chewy inside. • The perfectly seasoned salmon and onions pair so well with the bagels. • I was full after finishing the meal, yet it still felt light; fresh ingredients really make all the difference. • Can’t wait to come back and try their other variants. • No lines when I visited, and the staff were quick and effic
If you come before 9AM on a weekday the line will be really quick. After 10:30A the line is out the door. Even with the line out the door it moves pretty quick - about 25 minutes. There is minimal seating, mostly just small bars to quickly stand and eat. This is a popular grab and go spot for locals. And a lot of people quickly stand eat and leave. The bagels were absolutely incredible, they are cut in half so very easy to eat. Everything is made fresh to order.
