Worth the visit if you’re a fan of the brand. Almost had a museum style feeling to it. Two Floors worth of equipment. The down stairs has a “used/recycled” section with a bunch of decent prices & a repair area to drop off damaged jackets. Plus the back has a decent little coffee shop.
Everytime I come I feel welcome in this store! I came today by chance because my kragg shoes were worn down and had a hole and because it was within warranty they happily helped me find a replacement! The REshop downstairs was a plethora of fun! Brandon, Chris (x2!), Callista, Ellena, and the whole team were incredibly helpful in helping me try on shoes, and find the right styles and sizes for me! They were very reassuring and empathetic as I was wearing shoes with holes in the pouring rain. Bo
Had a very pleasant time at the store this past Sunday, everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the re bird section the most. I’m a newer customer of the brand so seeing the older stuff was really cool. I also really liked an employee named Sugar, he has such a warmth to him and honestly is the type of person I rather in a retail space, informative, kind, and patient.
