  You must be kidding!! I was in room 201, which happens to be a handicapped room, although I am totally able bodied. The AC was so loud it was impossible to sleep. There was no sofa, only two uncomfortable chairs, a tiny window facing a brick wall, a room devoid of anything, absolutely bland… and all for the “low” price of $450!!! The hot water took over 10 minutes to come into the shower. I found a long black hair (not my own) on the faucet. This is totally outrageous. I’ve booked this hotel num

  Really enjoyed my stay at the Art House Hotel! Considering the price for the location, it was a really great deal. I could literally walk to Central Park within a few minutes. Local coffee shops, restaurants, and other forms of entertainment were all within walking distance. There was even a convenience store nearby. The area felt very safe to walk around.   Our stay here was okay. The hotel itself is nice but our room/bathroom was smaller than expected. For paying almost triple to stay at a boutique hotel versus a chain, I expected a little bit more. We did find two beer cans on our balcony that were from a previous stayer in our space. The balcony was big enough to host 6 people but our room only held 2.
