Arva’s food was exceptional, offering flavorful, high-quality dishes. However, the service was disappointing and detracted from the overall experience. We sat outside in a nearly empty area, so the restaurant wasn’t busy. Tannille, our waitress took our order and delivered the food but never checked back afterward, seemingly disappearing. To make matters worse, a manager was loudly interviewing for another job on the phone outside near my table, which was highly unprofessional. This neglect over
This is an interesting restaurant that is part Italian and part other types of foods. The place has a really nice atmosphere, both inside and outdoors. The restaurant 's waiting area/bar was beautiful. The service was top notch in that they have the patience to allow us to have a conversation before coming to take our orders. The dishes are tasty but the plating was interesting. All the entrees came in a bowl style plating. Overall, it was a good experience.
