Really great! Cute space, a little cramped but manageable, noisy when the restaurant is full + pretty loud music [Tame Impala, Arctic Monkeys, Spoon?! brought me back to the mid 2010s ahh :) ] but I’m happy when any new-ish restaurant is getting good business, especially when it’s well deserved. Arvine was such an exquisite dining experience and worth every bite. We started off with the bison tartare (worth the hype), hippie caesar, pickled fennel salad (one of my top bites ever), and the crudo. Everything was above and beyond delicious. For entrees we split the wagyu smash burger and pork chop which were unbelievable, and finished off with the panna cotta and worms in dirt. This restaurant is a true gem, the food is better than many Michelin starred restaurants in town. Everything we ordered was superb, make sure to get the scallops, bison tartare and fennel salad to start. The Arctic Char entree is my favorite, perfectly cooked and with crispy delicious skin.
