Rotating craft beers, cocktails & elevated bar bites served amid exposed brick & retro touches.

As Is NYC has become our reliable spot for quality beer in the neighborhood. Their hazy IPAs are consistently excellent. The space is welcoming, with outdoor seating for warmer months. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. A bonus: they offer small pours, perfect for sampling new brews. We'll definitely be back with friends and family.
Solid, assured and friendly service with a great selection on tap - the beers are poured correctly in As Is (you can't say that about a lot of places, even craft spots in NYC). Good music. The chicken fingers & fries basket is nice for snacking on (be warned that it could feed at least two people!).
Cool beer bar in Hell’s Kitchen. Found myself a dark spot with air conditioning on a hot day. Food was excellent too. Very pricey though. $12 for many of the beers. $5 happy hour (for $10 beers, which were a few). All the beers were good that I drank. I do wish they allowed tastings as I didn’t want to commit to a full pint of 8% blackberry hibiscus sour. But I did anyway. And it was great, not too blackberry-y.
