I’m amazed by how far human civilization has evolved. Honestly better than all the three star Michelin restaurants I’ve been to. From the seating and tableware to the presentation, flavors, textures, drinks, and service, everything felt incredibly thoughtful and refined. My favorites were the first three appetizers, the sesame tofu, the sujebi, and the mugwort ice cream dessert.
