Amazing experience at Aubi & Ramsa. The concept is super original, and the ice cream is genuinely delicious. The alcohol flavor is very well balanced — not too strong at all, just enough to make it unique without overpowering the taste. The guy serving us was really friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in New York.
