I’ve been coming to this coffee shop for over two years now, and there’s truly nothing else like it in the neighborhood. The quality of their coffee is consistently excellent, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve. Rodrigo makes my caramel mocha latte every morning — it’s the perfect way to start my day! This place is awful, coffee is basic and I asked for some ice and I was told I had to pay for ice!!!!! I just wanted a scoop of ice for my coffee and they told me I had to pay for ice!!!! The staff here is just plain rude and not caring or hospitable at all. Both the barista and the cashier raised their voice and ended up screaming at me because I asked for ice!!! This is unacceptable and unbelievable! Don’t come here there is other places that care and want to treat guest with kindness.
