Found this place on accident when looking for a post-theatre drink, and so glad we did! Matt was brilliant and gave us great recommendations. With a tiny storefront, this is the perfect cozy, intimate drinks spot.
Cute spot great vibe! Candle-lit and dark. Wine & beer menu. The Sunshine IPA was super bitter though, and felt kind of expensive! ($11). Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Free popcorn is a nice touch. Cozy for sure! The height of the seats felt a little bit off with the high tables. Server had us clear the wrong bill which was not too big of a deal, but with only 4 or so customers, I think maybe that could be avoided in the future.
Back Pocket Bar in NYC is one of those hidden gems you stumble upon and can't help but love. My wife and I come at least once a month. It's cozy, with a great crowd and excellent music playing all the time. Everyone sings along to their favorite songs. The selection is just wine and beer, but it's a good one.
