Careful at this location, ladies and gentlemen. After I googled the nearest bagel shop, I walked in around 7:45a to gather some items for a group of three - a bagel, chips, two cookies and a seltzer to be exact. The worker at the cash register goes “Is this all your breakfast, honey?” with judgement and a side eye! Would you call that question giving good customer service? I will NEVER recommend this cafe to coworkers and will warn production crews to stay away from this location.
Five Stars – The Perfect New York Morning Bagels & Schmear is exactly how a morning in New York should begin. Absolute perfection. The bagels were fresh out of the oven, still warm and lightly steaming when sliced. You can taste the difference immediately. Crisp on the outside, soft and perfectly chewy on the inside. I was happy that the bagel was on the large side! It was very pillowy, yet dense and chewy. Texture was just right for a NY bagel but something fell short with me, that the bagel overall was a bit too dry. Boyfriend enjoyed it. There’s a thin wall table with stools that allow for a dine-in experience.
