Service is top notch. Very customer friendly and quick service. The French toast isn't your typical thick challah bread but did taste like it and was good. The onion bagel with cream cheese was very good as well. Perfect texture and a good size schmear. Could use more onions though. Overall a quality place to go for your morning breakfast
My only complaint about this place is that we didn't go the first morning we were in NYC. The kid and I each got a BEC on a plain bagel and two waters. Service was quick, super friendly (they remembered us after only our second time in), and oh man was it tasty. Very reasonable price and right around the corner from our hotel.
Pretty solid tasty chewy bagels. I got an egg sausage and cream cheese sandwich, it was good. Next day got lox and cream cheese bagel - lots great, plenty of cream cheese and lox! Their regular Colombian coffee is good too.
