As a gluten free girl, this was by far the best gf bagel I had the entire trip. It was fluffy and actually the same size and the normal bagels! It was delicious. Highly recommend. So generous with the fillings too!!
I walked past it and decided to stop and give it a try. I got a poppyseed bagel, with nova, and sun dried tomato & basil cream cheese. I also added capers. The bagel looks nice and was packed tightly. I love how the nova glistening in the natural lighting. The bagel was on the smaller side. The texture of the bagel was chewy, and perhaps too chewy. The flavor of the sun dried tomatoes and basil cream cheese was nice. It had a lot of sun dried tomatoes. I didn’t taste, not even a hint of, basil.
Super impressed by the gluten-free bagels, although they will not let you purchase them not as a sandwich. I did feel like they tasted really good and gave me the experience again.
